Before I go to bed every night, I think about things that make me happy. Nothing like a behemoth, that would scare me too or anyone much to even close their eyes. Then I wouldn’t be able to fall asleep, which would be a bane. They’re plenty of nice things to think about when you lay in bed. Things to beguile you benign like to sleep. Think about a happy place, there you will fall asleep. There are plenty of other things to think about. Like: Good memories, things you’re looking forward too, people. Don’t think about anything bad, or you’re dreams will turn into nightmares. Do this, it works for me!
