Adios
The moment has come, for us to part.
A tinge of sadness, a heavy heart.
Hush, the merciless wind blows outside,
Laughter, cries of the ones inside.
Our memories of six years,
Etches deeply in our minds.
Through thick and thin, the laughter, the punishments,
And the joy deep down inside.
From small playful boys,
To mature secondary teenagers,
We were guided, scolded, and we faced the wall,
Yet you never once, lost your marbles.
Now comes the time,
When we set out to explore,
To learn, to experience, to gain knowledge,
And most importantly, to give back to society
A new environment to adapt to,
Numerous challenges to confront.
But with the support from everyone else,
May you overcome.
Sometimes life gets tough,
Sometimes life is unfair.
Remember to never give up,
Or leave yourself in despair.
Never ever forget what we friends are for,
For even when apart,
Our hearts bond as one.
May you live life to the fullest,
May you never fall behind,
May you always be happy,
May you ever be ready,
May you never be a procrastinator
And all the best for your upcoming endeavors!
Once again I say, Adios
