"Be the change you want to see in the world" Ghandhi

I am from long car rides

From snack stops and potty breaks

I am from mud pies and devine mud desserts

I am from strong oak trees;

Falling into leaf piles

From mischief and up to no good;

Throwing rocks into the streets

I'm from chasing ice-cream trucks

Grandma's homemade desserts;

Pumpkin pie, peanut butter fudge, cheesecake

I'm from fish filled lakes, bug filled woods, and fun filled adventures

Spoiled; first child, first granddaughter on both sides

I'm from lemon sukers at Meijer

From Icee's at 7/11

From Dairy Park and Lickety Splits

Long walks with cousins

From racing around the block

I'm from Disney Channel, Webkinz, and Bratz

Rocky drive ways, sandy yards, fish ponds, and kiddy pools

I'm from hours on the computer writing

From the neighbors eight dogs waking me up on the weekends

Riding four wheelers, riding bikes, racing scooters

From long days playing in the tree house

Being dragged in sleds, snowball fights, ice fishing, snowmobiling

From places I will re-visit

School that gave me hope

From friends I never see anymore

Programs that made me who I am today

People I'll never forget

From crazy memories and adventures;

To bloody, injuries, and hospital trips

I am from memories that I'll never forget
