Everyone's always saying,

   that we're free to do what we want,

   That the world is ours if we want it.

   But how is that even possible.

   How can we be free if we're imprisioned in our thoughts.

   If we're always replaying what they said to us today.

   How can we be free....

   If the words, fat, ugly or stupid won't let us be.

   How can we be free... I don't understand.

   There is no way to be free....

   When we wear long sleeves,

   just to cover up.

   There is NO way to be free!

   Every where we look,

   there's someone judging us.

   For what we wear, how we talk,

   even for what we like to do.

   We never learn how to be free.

   We let the words control us.

   We let THEM control us.

   So tell me.....

   Are we ever

   Free......?

   Free to be ourselves?

   Free to do what we like?

   I don't believe we're ever going to be free.

   Not in this world at least. 

   So are we ever REALLY free...?
