Lives scattered like two mismatched bookends
Silences loudly interrupt the teachers lectures
Books become dictators
Phones distracting
People acting
Out
Looking around
To keep creativity hidden
Thoughts written off as unintelligent
Sheets upon sheets of paper
Torture
Hallways littered with
School stuff
Parents, teachers
Judging
Every false move
Like a chess match
The broken pieces fall to the floor
Hallways littered with stuff for the next four years
