i know my spellng yes i do

grammer is something kids can do

puntaction is twice the bit

my sister says i ought two quit

that writing is just a thing

no one cares about

nor gives a fling

but i no something she dos not

that writing gives us purpose

and thought

and if i were to do something two make the world better

i'd write a character and give em a sweater

And call em Dawn or Dusk

to rhyme with their lust

for adventures and battles

Upon a well worn saddle

As they journyed across the West

And on they would descend, 

From cold blizzard winters, and full fledged springs,

Our cowboy would be accquainted with all sorts of thigns.

But then there would be a twist in the plot!

Something deceiving, something the reader would not

Discover until the end

When they went back and reread again!

Such is the nature of books

Rhymes and riddles and all sorts of nooks.

But to bad my sister says

That I can't do it

Leave it for another day.

So I'm out to prove her wrong.

Just wait to see what I'll become!
