Darkness

When the darkness ascends
Light dims
When darkness ascends
Evil wins
But when darkness recedes
You will see me
Because I will not fall to the dark
And in the light I will make my mark
And that mark will not recede
Because the mark is me

I hope people who think that they are in the darkness knows that they will always find a way to be in the light if they tried.
