I Wish He Knew
August 24, 2014

I dont know why i feel this way
   Im angry and depressed
I fight this battle every day
   I really try my best
With every move i try to make
   This tightness in my chest
Grows worse with every breath i take
I need to stop and rest
Just when things are getting low
   And growing dark and dim
I take a breath and bite my lip
And turn to look at him
He takes me in with open arms
My tears are on his chest
He saves me from a world of harm
   I'm very truly blessed
To have someone who's on my side
   No matter what I do
Oh I just wish you really knew
How much I do love you
