Can I love you?
Will I still love you
when the night recedes
and light fills up my room
when your voice still resonates
but ceases to take the central place
will i still love you
when i can see your face
and the world is up again
when the glances start mattering
and the ridicule gets to me
Will i still be able to love you
With nothing to protect me?
Each night i hear
your voice get lighter
sleep comes closer
i fear,
for this may be the last night,
the very only ive left to love you.
