Forget Me Not

Forget me not in Springtime, we have only just met.
The rain falls, drowning everything, as it has set.
Forget me not in Summer, as the sun warms the stars.
As we look up at them, do they wonder where we are?
Forget me not in Autumn, my colors begin to change.
Bitter sweet air, slowly fills my lungs everything starts to fade
Forget me not in winter, I am still the same.
Frost-bitten souls and nothing to hold.
Never have i forgotten you, in my heart you will always stay
Forget me not i promised you, Just wait for that spring day.
