It's the pain I crave
It's the fame I crave
It's the power, struggle, name I crave
It's the devotion, it's the time
I need to draw outside the lines
My brain explodes across the page
Who's there to clean the mess?
I'm locked up like an animal
Secluded from the rest
It's the need I crave
It's the love I crave
It's the push to succeed I crave
It's the conversation
It's the support
It's my mind I need to sort
I dissolve into the background
Who's there to see me go?
I've fallen from the sky and I see nothing down below
