Young love
Why do everyone old,
and so called wise,
tell the youth their love is not gold?
We do not need to be told
that we are a constant of change,
and that we cannot love another,
while finding ourselves,
without getting lost and breaking each other.
Because we know we are not whole,
not yet.
But because of this,
because we are a constant of change,
and on a journey to find what we miss,
this is when we love the most,
the fiercest, so let us kiss.
Do not come here,
and tell us that our love is not true,
when you cannot even see the skies for what they are,
a constant of change,
which you need to let go,
to let the sun shine through.
