In the Garden
She sat in the garden feeling tiny emerald spears poke and scratch at her feet. Soft golden feathers fell from the sky lightly dusting her shoulders leaving them tingling with warmth and slightly burned. She heard the whispering and singing of the tiny dancers in dresses of ruby, gold, and lavender swaying in the wind. The sweet smell of crisp red apples swam to her nose and braided itself into her chestnut hair. And for a moment everything was peaceful.
