One Word.

He deserved his own poem
No,
His own word

One, giant, ferocious word
Taller than the skyscrapers that clambered for the stars
Massive enough to tidal wave over my turned back
Tiny enough to wiggle deep into my pores
Dictionaries cowered
Linguistics are baffled
What formulation of letters could possibly encompass

Stomach butterflies

Sexy, Adorable, Handsome
Reaching for a hand in the dead of night
Gentle, Rough, Warm

Dancing in an empty room

Hilarious, Spontaneous, Interesting?
He deserved his own word
A word that tasted like melted caramel
A word that was missed so dearly
Regardless of its non-existence
A word that kept a girl awake at night

Hand to cheek
Wondering if such a word could ever exist
