You were honest.
You told me what I needed to know.
Yet you stayed so naive.
But I bathed in the words you spoke to me.
Filled with your passion to the brim.
You wanted to learn so much
And all that I taught you was to not let anyone in.
Yes, I know, it's all my fault.
But I was stronger than you,
I didn't want to rip your throat open with my teeth.
