You Will Never Know the End

Just because you are winning,
doesn't always mean you will win.
Just because you are losing, doesn't always mean you will lose.
You will have to wait till the end of the battle,
but you will still never know.
You will have to wait till the end of the war,
but you will still never know.
Until you find out what you gained from your bickering.
Until you find out if it was worth it to lose what you lost.
From your simple little argument,
That turned into a battle,
That turned into a war.
