Solitude
Feeling so down because of the school clown.
Made everyone laugh but him frown.
The joy the bully must feel as if they’re wearing a crown.
But he just wants to drown.
Sitting in a corner almost in a box,
Solitude being his only place to be himself.
Feeling dusty like a book on his shelf.
For one day he wishes to be himself.
He just wants to die, so why not die with a purpose.
He joins the army, for he gets one thing he loves ,
marching in lines day after day
because he wouldn’t have it any other way.
He remembers his father, who died in war.
His heart is still beating with a big a** scar.
This joy disappeared the day he died and each day he cried
Because hero
died.
