When they let me go,

Mauled,
Attacked by the public,
They put me all over the news,
Said I was a murderer,
They were wrong,
It was them,
Who killed,

And body,
Made me drink till I no longer,
Could see the world,
Through my own eyes,

Nor the dawn,
No one cared,
And they still don’t,
