Rules of The Game
You may have wanted to play the sport
Or maybe your parents pushed you into it
But now you're a part of the team.
Sometimes you will go home free of soreness,
Other times you may go home full of soreness.
You will see the sun go to sleep while you're still playing,
Other times you will go to bed before the sun does.
This sport in difficult to get good at
When we practice you better show up,
Or you'll be sitting out the games.
You will see the pain on your teammates' faces
And they will see the pain on your face.
But through all of that,
You'll have the best time of your life.
