Advice I Could Have Used
There's so much I wish I'd known when I was younger,
Like how others are just as important as me,
Or how the world around us is slowly dying;
I was like a young puppy,
Unaware of the importance of choices,
And arrogant of the harm I caused;
Since I have lived to my teen years,
I can give myself some tips;
You aren't better than anyone else,
In the end it doesn't matter;
Because how you act is who you are,
And I will never forget.
