Graduation
Can you believe it?
It seems like yesterday that we were standing in Language Arts in 8th grade
The only two people who didn't know anyone drawn together because of a book poking out of your backpack.
Now look at us, 5 years later, graduating from high school and going to college.
Two different career paths ahead of us, one a writer, one an officer.
But that won't keep us apart, the sleep overs and late night phone calls binding us together. The breakups, the make ups, the family drama. We've been though it all with each other.
The good and the bad, even some ugly.
I stood by your side, where it just feels right to be.
The struggle to get to this point in our lives has been worth it to me, I couldn't be happier to have you at my side and to be at yours as we cross this new hurdle into real life.
After all these years, we're finally here
Graduation Day.
