Little Bottle of Beer
Summer is almost here,
Which means out comes the beer.
We let loose for just one night;
Hopefully everyone gets home alright.
But one person doesn’t,
And now her family has to pay.
Because of her poor decisions,
She won’t go home that day.
She gets behind the wheel
Even though this isn’t ideal.
She doesn’t know where to go,
And she drives into some snow.
The snow is up in heaven,
And now that’s where she stays,
For she took her life away,
But now her brothers and sisters,
Are the ones to pay.
Her mom is in tears,
Everyone around her in fears,
That every fifteen minutes,
Someone dies or is seriously injured,
Because of a little bottle of beer.
Hopefully this will change,
And people will refrain,
From that little bottle of beer,
That puts people in tears.
So don’t take the risk,
And you wont have to fear,
Because every fifteen minutes,
Someone dies from some beer.
