That girl is me...
The farouche girl in the back that never mutters a word and walks with her head down that no one notices, is battling with herself on the inside while she keeps a stone, emotionless facade on the outside. that's all anyone sees of her, her aloof facade...no one takes the time to get to know the girl under all the protective armor The girl who has learned to hide her pain and secrets under the thin cloth of a sleeve or the flimsy rubber of a bracelet. The girl who very well knows that one slip, one tug on a bracelet will show the world how weak she really is...one slip and all the work she put into hiding the pain on the inside...will go to waste. everyone will know her secret, but the question is...will anyone care?
