Her Eyes
Her eyes smile
Shaped like crescent moons
Glowing like the sun
They grow softer as the night falls
And she too sleeps until she is awoken by the break of dawn
Hey eyes dance
They move with grace and poise
But somehow they fixated on me
And stole my heart instantaneously
And with just one look
She gave me the world
Showed me what it meant to live
Showed me what I wanted most
And those eyes are the ones I wish to wake up to in the morning
Even as they grow old and weary
My love will be found in the burrows of her wrinkles
And I will kiss her good morning for as long as the sun will rise
