The Real Enemy
We think we know,
But we really don’t.
Our everyday rivals,
They’re just a disguise.
Our true demons are clever.
They mess with our heads.
Thinking we know the real threat,
We run and hide,
Believing we are safe.
And that’s when they attack,
Feeding on our doubtful minds and insure thoughts.
So pay close attention.
And remember who the real enemy is.
After all,
We jump at thunder,
When lightning is to fear.
