I sat in the classroom waiting for the assignment
Irritated and hot I sat in silence
The instructions were handed to me and I looked
At them blankly questioning
My motivation to reciprocate with any reasonable action
I finally mustered up the energy to proceed
And found myself in an awkward situation
My arms cramped like the class my eyes drifted like my focus
And my motivation grew weak like my tolerance
To withstand my current hunger
But none of that mattered as long as I focused on the
Fact that class would be over in nearly 4 minutes
And I could think about moving on to new but equally dull and boring tribulations
I could hear the clicking and clacking of the rest
Of the class following suit
I was only satisfied once this sound was drowned out
By the sound of restless chatter
Indicating the end of the period and the
The beginning of a new hell
