Ex Technical Grad
Veterans Parkway runs past the High School,
Winds down into a stop light.
Right off main Street lies the high school.
Ryan Menner attend CHS,
And now he is working on the roof of the school
Ryan stands next to the giant units,
Two sitting right next to each other,
They fans both start making a screaming noise
Sweat running down his face
Ryan wipes the sweat onto his shirt
It must be 100 degrees up on the roof
Ryan glances at the multipurpose field
He dates back to 2013 remembering soccer
His team beat Gibault
Always a date to remember
For the soccer seniors of ‘14
Hands down best game to ever be apart of.
During the day he fixes air conditioners,
he also fixes furnaces in the winter.
Once in awhile he’ll do a side job for a buddy.
But if he gets caught,
He could lose his job.
Off work he hangs out at Tiny’s
Catching up with old buddies.
Ryan buys another round of drinks.
Twelve o’clock rolls around,
Ryan leaves.
He gives his friends goodbyes
