City Life

Next you’ll notice when you’re walking down the street or when you’re taking a taxi that is a yellow hornet racing through the heart of the city,
where skyscrapers stand so tall they reach the North Star. Brand new technology being added to the enhancements we already have.
They will be waiting, comfortably miserable for you at your next turn around the corner, the people who have nothing to call a home. The forgotten souls blow away with the brisk vacancy of the mild wind.
When you go to work you will see more improvements to our lives that are mist covering the pathway of belief, while those people in the dark alley, which howels with hunger and strife,
have nothing but fabric’s dirty truth, as thin as fishing line to cover their bodies, and lonely ravaged dumpsters to scavenge food from.
You’ll never forget how fortunate you are the next time you step around the corner.
