Alone

The darkness closes in on me,
I scream and scream. "Leave me be!"
The loneliness closes in as time goes on,
And cold present throughout the house makes such a con.
I need to think of a plan to get me away,
Maybe I should consider getting me to the bay.
The bay gives me protection all the time,
As the bitterness grows and grows like a lime.
The screams of Dan get bigger in my head.
The sharpness stabbing me just like a pencil filled with lead.
The day I passed, it felt like a ton of pain,
But on that day I had nothing to gain.
