See the chubby snowman how he is very fat.
I wish he would start dancing when I put on his top hat.
But I know that is a fairy tale at least that’s what they say.
I still want him to come to life for just one day!

Perfectly magical and beautiful and fun! Reminds me of snow and winter when I was young. My only criticisms are maybe put "at least that's what they say" in parentheses, and maybe change the last line to "for only just one day" so the rhythm will work better. Other than that, this poem is beautiful but also light and happy and wonderful!
