Earths Desolate Hell
You're wandering out into the brink of the night
lost and cold, but not looking forward to the morning light
walking aimlessly in whichever direction
dehydrated with no protection
you wonder to yourself where the breeze will take you
The Desert is a place that was meant to break you
you continue to walk, while silently praying
thirsty and hungry, you feel your breaking
the sun's going to be up bringing heat like fire
sizzling the skin, likely punishment for the prior
falling apart piece by piece
a little more time and you will cease
no sign of civilization anywhere near
you are astray, and will shed your last tears
