Time: The Assassin God
Time has been at play,
alongside Space, since they were born.
Space loves discovery, she loves adventure,
but the Maiden's hand is held tight.
Held tight by Time, the unstoppable,
unstoppable assassin
No poison, no blade, no foul play,
He waits His targets' death,
toying with their fate.
No begs for mercy, no medicine,
can stop this killer.
Sometimes, though, Time toys with poison.
He sends poison to His target.
They wheeze and cough, tire, and slowly,
slowly, they pass the poison on, and die
Time is an assassin,
but Space loves her people,
Space's people are Time's prey.
The vast Maiden can do
naught to save them.
All she can do,
is watch
Watch and mourn.
And curse the assassin,
the assassin that is Time.

I swear, by the time the real thing gets around, I'll be sick of looking at the stupid things and I'll just mark answers!
