Something I Loved

I had something I loved
Then I let her go.
Even though I set her free
She came back to me.
This was my cat Fluffy
She was cute and a softy.
I loved her with all my heart
I never thought we’d part.
When we had to part
It almost broke my heart.
She was my favorite cat
I’ll never forget that.
She was white as snow.
And her eyes
Blue like two small skies.
