pineapple MAG

it started to rain
and we didn’t have Umbrellas
but it’s okay
because
I bought a fruit cup and
nothing serenades smiles like
chunks of honey-dripping
sweet
pineapple,
especially when
your toes are numb and your nose is
as rosy as
the cherry blossoms
I loved
to photograph
but never could
paint.
