The Pain of Love
The pain is still unbearable.
My mind is dead.
My heart is ruptured.
Time has passed by, yet my love for you still remains.
The sight of you brings remorse mixed with satisfaction.
A simple “hello” sends a warm message throughout my body.
For a second, there was hope.
My nightmare has commuted to reality.
The cold, silver blade is injected.
My mind is sore, yet my heart is still ruptured.
Letting you go is too difficult; yet I have to accept that I have been let go.
The pain of love is the worst pain.
