America, the home of the brave and free.
But are we really?
With the government intruding,
The judgments of others,
HA, freedom?
We work constantly, never catching a break,
Just to live day to day and be…
Free.
Soldiers fight wars because they must,
Not always because they want to.
Gas and oil prices are rising.
If America was as free as everyone says it is,
Don’t you think that supplies like those would be also?
The American dream is nothing but a myth,
Freedom is nothing but a thought.
