Nous chassons ceux qui nous chassent
Oh Jean d’Arc
I’m having a bit of trouble
Being so strong
I fight all the wrong wars
and I still burn
my hands are filled with concrete and he
doesn’t even see me
but I don’t mind
I keep my head held high
No man will bring me down
Young brave heart
They call me
The girl with the miserable heart
And maybe they’re right
But I’m not miserable
Not close
I’m strong
Aren’t I
Arent I?
The one at the end of the tunnel
The one still standing
Truth be told im not so sure im standing
That I’m not falling
I feel only
gravity
just the weight of everything beneath me
and I’m still screaming with my mouth ripped wide
the stitches in my wounds have come undone
again
