This poem’s about good ol’ Blaine Harden
For Kim Jung-Un’s prisoners he’s fighting to pardon
Kim is keeping them captive for political reasons
Denying them rights, or personal freedoms

Blaine learned from Shin
Who ran as quick as the wind
But it cost him his mother
And also a brother

Shin told Blaine all the horrors he’d seen
The prisoners beaten for stealing a bean
The prison guards punish the Koreans with glee
All the prisoners want is to be happy, to be free

Kim has a purpose, enslaving the free
To remove opposition for this dictator-to-be
To increase segregation he created the castes
Separating based on politics, and your family’s past

For this, Blaine works all day and all night
For Camp 14’s prisoners, he’s willing to fight
Shin’s story he tells, all of the time
Hoping, one day, Kim will answer for his crimes
