What If
What would you say if I told you:
That without you, the mountains
would not stand to the same heights as they do today.
That within this universe exists extravagant and unimaginable life
that cannot be approached or seen in our human life times,
but if I put you next to them, they would instantly lose significance.
That if you could feel as I feel about you,
the amount of heat radiating from
both of our heart could melt the earth
to it’s already molten core.
That colors are indescribable, as are you
which makes you as effervescent as the colors that exist
on this very planet, in our very eyes, and in our very lives
That within the dictionary
there are more that 200,000 words
but I am unable to speak any
when you look directly into my eyes
That without lightbulbs, stars, or the sun
I would still be able to see you and only you
and that would be more than enough to make
me want to live this life with only one eye if necessary, and--
I woke up
