The silence of the night,
Broken by the vibrant colors of the sun.
A new day has begun.
The waves kissing the shore,
Leaving behind nothing but foam and wet sand.
The ocean comforting those in its presence.
The cooling air from the harbor,
Feathering out to the town,
Leaving everyone hugged by the wind.
As the sun goes down,
And the stars come out.
Nothing but friendly faces and everlasting love.
These summer days are bittersweet.
