Choose not fear

If you’ve let fear dictate your life,
then you’ve let strife enter your mind.
Choose to cave into what makes one blind;
Or a steady gaze brave until the sunrise.
Veiled light, just slightly bright,
can dimly burn, not bold but stern.
All one’s psyche must do, is to,
see a dot of white in midnight blue.
A hopeful and flickering hue.
Amiable whisper to guide you.
What to do...
oh what to do?
Choose not fear,
or fear chooses you.
