I Could Hear Her Cry
I could hear her cry,
I could hear her scream.
I just wish,
That it was just a dream.
But it wasn’t,
And now my heart breaks,
Is this how life is?
Is this how much it takes?
As she lets me go,
Straight out of her arms,
I just wait for the news,
Holding on to charms.
As tears roll down her eyes,
I knew something was wrong,
I quickly ran to her,
Although it seemed like it took long.
We pray, we sing,
We do anything that brings,
Good news to our life,
That would fly like angel wings.
Indeed it did,
And we all are glad,
That no more tears flows down your eyes,
And that you would never be sad.
Praise the Lord,
And remember your verse,
I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHO STRENGTHENS ME,
And hope that nothing else goes worse.
