Mornigs bliss
A cool summer breeze,
flowers sprouting up past your knees.
Grass tickling your toes,
butterflies fluttering past your nose.
Your fingers slip in mine,
both fall perfectly in line.
The looks in your hazel and green eyes,
ones that could never hide any lies.
The shared looks of laughter and compassion,
both could last longer than the Flintstones fashion.
A hug and a kiss,
then I'll see you again before it's me you begin to miss.
