I walk in, you grin,
And I’m instantly sickened
The mere sight of your face
Sparks the flame burning in my chest
A raging fire rampaging
Destroying all traces of happiness
I am burnt out

This built aggression is nothing new
From the time I was 2,
I’ve hated your kind
The type to say “baby, that’s great”
While I was around and smile
Then Get with Brutus
Transform into Cassius
Plotting my demise, Ancient betrayal

Oh wretched being I wish you’d no longer be
There’s no punishment equivalent
to the hardships you’ve caused me
and no matter how much I attempt to evade
Equivocate, escape your web of lies
I free a leg then tangle an arm
The only things that remain free are my eyes

I can’t help but watch
As I wait
Till the day that your word no longer reigns over mine
The day that your rain no longer darkens my sunny skies
And when asked what I hate the most
One day I’ll no longer have an answer
Because one day death’ll finally hunt down that demon it’s been after
