Winning
Seven in the morning, I lay in bed
Four in the afternoon, I lay in bed.
Started the day with laughter
Ended the day with tears
I am nothing, I feel nothing, I say nothing
But to someone I am everything
It is a fear that traps me, and taunts me
Till the chains that held me back broke
I shouted freedom and screamed with happiness
That was the day when sadness never won.
