Help To Draw Them.
Carving out shapes from a blank sheet
My mind is content, drawing to the beat
The picture, my child, is waiting to be done
I have to do it, for I am it’s sun
I draw the picture to the best of my skill
If this one’s not perfect, none ever will
Expertly I sketch out the lines
 Comfort, my mind finds.
Hearing nothing but the pen scratching at paper,
I hear in my mind, hate her, hate her
The drawing isn’t going as well as planned-
I take a deep breath and steady my hand.
To do what is right, you must have endless patience.
If I work on it long enough, it will be balanced
The longer I work- the better it looks
I can draw any ocean, any babbling brook
As long as I give it my all, it will work
 I could draw a hand, a person, a fork,
All I have to do is get to work.
