I once dreamed of a treeless forest
Where the ground was scorched from the fires of Hell
Where wanderers proclaimed their souls for sell.
I once dreamed of a treeless forest
Where the air echoes with voices forever lost
Of people who gave up their lives for a terrible cost.
I once dreamed of a treeless forest
Where the sky was black with untold hate
Where monstrous clouds concealed Heaven's gate.
The evil spirits whisper a haunting chorus and that's when I dream of a treeless forest.
