Sharks in a Fish Tank
All my life I felt like the weakest fish in the school
Avoiding the eyes of the bigger fish and keeping to myself
Hoping to one day become bigger, better, and stronger
I just wanted to feel like a shark in a fish tank
I don't want to be feared because I am too kind
I just want to be respected, treated like a equal
So maybe being a shark isn't for me
But what about being a better me that is something I want for sure
Everyone says confidence is the key
But how can you believe in yourself when everyone else is too blind to see
All this personality bursting from me
Who needs to be a shark when your personality is as large as the sea?
