A Day of Magic
The sun was shining bright
It was a perfect day
I couldn’t believe my sight
I had no words to say
We flew elephants in the sky
We drove cars around the track
So quickly the day went by
I wish I could go back
My family and I had so much fun
We played and laughed non-stop
And frowns…well, there were none
I felt like I was on top
All days must come to an end
Fireworks going off over head
My happiness I did send,
Onto my mother who smiled and said,
“I’ll never forget this moment”
Now I won’t forget it either
