Colors of the spirit
Nature always wears the colors of the spirit
While I sit on this black tar
I start to hurt
from time to time.
Straight ahead I see yellow clustered mums
I breathe in a much needed sigh and
smell a floral scent
and I feel happy even though my life is at a constant
Go, go, and go.
The weather is perfect .
I see writers writing in the fall breeze.
I notice the leaves changing
From a green to a pale orange.
I see a blue sky,
green and yellow grass
Pink and white sweaters,
broken shoe laces
None of us here are perfect.
